By using Fourth & Longyou agree to these terms. They’re meant to be readable, not a trap.
The service
We generate a newspaper for your fantasy football league from public league data and AI writing. It is meant for fun. Stories are AI-written and may contain playful exaggeration; they are not statements of fact.
Your account and league
You’re responsible for what you connect and publish. Only connect a league you’re part of. Don’t use the service to harass anyone or break the law, and keep the content within good-natured league ribbing.
Subscriptions and payment
A free tier is available. Paid plans are billed as a recurring subscription until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard or by contacting us; cancellation stops future billing and drops your paper back to the free tier at the end of the paid period.
Your content
Your league’s name, team names, and settings stay yours. You grant us the permission needed to generate and display your paper. We may show an example paper to demonstrate the product, but never your private settings or reader list.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running but can’t promise it will never be interrupted, and AI-generated content can be wrong or off. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
